DeFine Health & Fitness

We have our Personal Training studio “The Studio”, located at 13 Norman St Wooloowin, just 10 minutes from Brisbane city. We work on small group sessions and one on one training. It is a small, private and welcoming studio where you can train without being judged. Mums and children are very welcome to train at the premises.
