I graduated from the Master Trainer course at Australian Institute of Fitness in December 2015 and since completed Pre- and Postnatal Training course and Metafit training course. 

I love full Body fat melting “sweat sessions”,High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Functional Training all with a focus on weight loss, fat loss and full body sculpting.
