Our Online Personal Training Program offers our members who do not live close to our Studio and Bootcamp locations an opportunity to gain access to Accredited Professional Trainers, Nutrition Specialists and collectively 30+ years of experience. 

Similar to our 12 Week Challenge, we do not advocate silly diets or excessive exercise. Our macronutrient flexible eating approach allow you to enjoy the foods you love each and every day while still getting the results you desire.

Mums & Bubs Bootcamp

Define Health Mums & Bubs Bootcamp

Define Mums and Bubs Bootcamp is designed for mums (and dads) of all ages and stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy.

Our qualified Pre and Post Natal Personal Trainers quickly adapt each exercise to work with you and your bub offering a safe way to exercise. Over the years our Mums, Bubs and Kids have built new long-standing friendships and we are proud to say that most of our founding Mums are still with us today.

Our Mums and Bubs Bootcamp sessions are held outdoors Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Brisbane and run for 45 minutes. The Studio is available to Define Mums and Bubs when weather permits.

Fitness & Weight Loss Challenges

Define's Brisbane 12 Week Challenges focus on your nutrition and your individual physical makeup. Whatever your goal our tailored programs can assist you get the results you desire. Our challenge sessions are conducted in our studio in Lutwyche on Brisbane's North, easily accessible from anywhere in Brisbane.
