How long have you been a PT for?
Since 2015 

Do you have any specialties/focuses?
I specialise in terrible jokes and exceptionally dull smart ass remarks. I’m also very passionate about food, lifting weights and becoming the best version of myself. 

What’s you top tip on staying motivated?
You have absolute control over achieving your goals and whether you get there or not is up to you. Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the fear of change. If just staying the same in our short lives doesn’t motivate you to change, then I probably can’t help you. 

What’s your top tip on hitting your fitness goals?
Progression needs to be tracked. If nutrition and training is not measurable, it’s very difficult to see any results. 

 You should train with me if:
You’ve made the decision and come to the realisation that you can be better and you have the power to make it so. If you’re looking for someone to force you to change, tell you that your half ass efforts are fine and only looking for mediocre results, me as a trainer, and Define as a gym probably isn’t for you. But if not, get on board.
