Our Bootcamp sessions are a combination of boxing, bodyweight functional training, weighted circuits, core training, cardio fitness training, competitive games and interval fitness circuit testing. Each session is adapted to suit each individual and will inspire both beginners and professional athletes.

We offer sessions right across Brisbane, meaning there is definitely one close to you. The below timetable includes our Group Bootcamps and specialised Mums (Dads) and Bubs sessions.
